TRACKING
Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your receipt and another when your order is processed with a tracking number.
Please note that USPS may not have tracking information available for up to 12 business hours after the order has been shipped.
Sales Tax
It is required by law to pay sales tax on online purchases shipped to Texas, where we maintain a physical presence. Any taxes and duties will not be billed for any other states at the time of checkout.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package is transferred to the shipping provider. While we always do our part to carefully prepare and ship every order, unfortunately, we are unable to assume liability for packages reported missing after confirmed delivery.

ON-DEMAND - BEST SELLERS

On-demand items may take up to three weeks for delivery.
