Refund Policy/Cancellation

You may return the unused or unopened product for a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Regrettably, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted for the total of the return. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

Cancellations and refunds due to a change of mind before the order is fulfilled will incur a 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee.

To proceed with a return, kindly email us at info@artonitmakeup.com includes your order number and we will send you information on how to proceed with your return. Also, you may call or text  at  1- (832) 423-7492  9 AM-5 PM CT Monday-Friday.

Processing time for returns may take up to 15 business days from the time the return is received. Please be advised that only non-used Artonit Cosmetics products purchased from our official website, will be accepted for return. We cannot accept exchanges at this time.
