How To Apply:
This eye pencil glides effortlessly from side to side. The blendable formulation makes it easy to use as a cream shadow. Apply strokes at the lower eyelid and blend towards the crease with your fingertip or synthetic brush. Use the sponge at the opposite side for smudging at the lash line.
